		<description>I haven&#039;t, but it seems Model Validation Providers are intended for plugging in alternate validation strategies.  Using these with either this or the MvcContrib rules engine would cause the model binder process to be kicking off business logic.</description>

		<description>Curious, have you looked into the ModelValidationProviders in MVC2? If you used that with your rules engine then you wouldn&#039;t need the rules engine to be part of the Controller at all. It would just be checking if the model was valid.</description>
