		<description>*shiff* heart aches...  This has been going on so long, whether it&#039;s crap so tightly coupled it&#039;s ingrown or the guy who uses the same labels for both functions and variables (in assembler, mind). 

Better tools, agile programming, shops where people are engaged about CODING. Things are getting better.

But every time someone asks me to be an apologist for my industry, it&#039;s easy to forget.</description>
