Hey Jimmy. I really appreciate the relation with Karenina and the idea of “let’s focus on success rather than on failure”.
About the iron triangle of software development, I would just like remember the triple constraint of project management: schedule, cost, scope (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_management_triangle). It’s much more then only a software development rule! Regards.
