		<description>Another note that Joe has taught us and that we&#039;ve learned through much scar tissue is the fact that if a story exceeds 3 units, it is usually screaming to be split into multiple stories.  This may not always be true because the story can&#039;t always be split.  So far, it has worked for us.</description>
