I would say that I average about 4-5 hours of sleep but I catch up on the weekends.

Do you sleep 4-5 hours a day? My whole day sucks if i dont sleep at least 7 hours.

My typical day.

* 05:00 Wake-up (forget the kids and family…they get up after I’m gone for the day)
* 05:00-06:00 Get ready for work, do some reading.
- Sometimes I’ll play a computer game in the morning, but this puts the screws to my schedule.
* 06:00-07:00 Drive to work, picking up breakfast tacos along the way.
* 07:00-17:00 Work, usually skipping lunch. On rough contracts like my current one work may end at 21:00 and usually involves skipping dinner too).
* 17:00-18:00 Go home or to user group.
* 18:00-20:30 Spend time with family or user group.
* 20:30-21:30 Eat and Read/watch TV (usually read).
* 21:30-23:00 Try to catch up with email/blogs, but sometimes just fall asleep.

I usually do most of my catching up with family on the weekends.

I usually get up at 8:30 or 9. Make it to work by 10. Work all day. Go home and code, study, and be an activist til somewhere between 2 and 4 am.

Funny you should post asking this.

Having a newborn I think my time to post will be limited. I usually start a post in the morning at work and finish it during lunch time, proof read it and then post it.

It’s rare that I do one at home as I can’t find the time anymore to pull one off after I leave work.
