However, I think it is important to also keep in mind that a lot of the times, when one thinks they are getting better, there is often a 'one step forward, two steps back' (sorry, random Springsteen reference) aspect to it. And so not get caught in thinking one actually knows for sure that what they think counts as getting better really is such. I like this message, however ‘zen’ it might be.
